Peter Loffler is a registered patent attorney with over 32 years of patent application preparation experience. With over 1,000 patent applications filed, Mr. Loffler has the knowledge and the experience needed to get the job done. In addition to preparing and prosecuting patent applications, Mr. Loffler also assists clients with trademarks and copyrights and also provides consultation in invention related areas such as prototyping, marketing, and engineering. Although Mr. Loffler does not litigate in court, often he can intervene in a matter with a goal of resolving any potential conflict before expensive litigation is necessary.
Mr. Loffler is an honors graduate of the Florida State University, College of Law in Tallahassee and the University of South Florida, College of Engineering. When not practicing law, Mr. Loffler can be found assisting his local Rotary Club as well as enjoying the beautiful Emerald Coast with his wife and two boys.
